2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 303, 111(2)(b), 111(3), 111(4), 111(5), 112(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, section 21 of the M.M. (D & R) Act, 1957 and Rule 56 of the B.M. (CPIMTS) Rules, 2024.

3. Petitioner is alleged to be involved in illegal mining and storage of sand. Petitioner has got four criminal antecedents almost of similar nature.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Charge sheet has already been filed. Petitioner is in custody since 9.6.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and period of custody of the petitioner, his prayer for regular bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on
