The present application has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner-Krishna Prasad Jaiswal in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 230 of 2014 for the offence punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court by order dated 14.01.2015 with a liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after six months. After considering the submissions and the materials on record, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed and petitioner- Krishna Prasad Jaiswal is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40517 of 2015 (3) dt.18-05-2016 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M. Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No. 230 of 2014.
