The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 395, 397 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Bhola Ram. It is stated that some articles were recovered from possession of the petitioner but it has no where come that the articles were put on T.I. parade. Petitioner is in jail since 28.10.2014 but he has not been put on T. I. parade. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
