28-02-2022 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner seeks bail in Dhaka (Pachhpakari) P.S. Case No. 343 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 379, 413, 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, on the disclosure made by this petitioner, stolen tractor was recovered from a school campus.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner and he is in custody since 02.08.2021. Investigation is complete. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66428 of 2021(2) dt.28-02-2022 2/2 bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sikrahana, District - East Champaran in connection with Dhaka (Pachhpakari) P.S. Case No. 343 of 2021.
