It is pointed out on behalf of the petitioner that in title cause of Cr. Misc. No. 34180 of 2017, address of the petitioner has wrongly mentioned as resident of village-Bhagwanpur More, West of Parwat Petrol Pump in main Road (near Sudarshan Public School) and the same defect has also occurred in order dated 23.08.2017.

Petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in Cr. Misc. No. 34180 of 2017.

Accordingly, in title cause of order dated 23.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34180 of 2017, in place of Shailendra Prasad @ Slendra Prasad @ Satyendra Prasad @ Sadhu @ Lulha,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42314 of 2017 (2) dt.31-08-2017 2/2 S/o Krishna Prasad, R/o Village- Bhagwanpur More, West of Parwat Petrol Pump in Main Road (near Sudarshan Public School), It be read as Shailendra Prasad @ Slendra Prasad @ Satyendra Prasad @ Sadhu @ Lulha, son of Krishna Prasad, R/o Village-Sisai, P.S. Janta Bazar, District Saran at Chapra. Accordingly, order dated 23.08.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 34180 of 2017 stands modified to the above stated extent.

In the aforesaid manner, this modification petition stands disposed of.
