The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by order dated 19.10.2022, the petitioner was directed to file a supplementary affidavit bringing on record the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, but despite best effort supplementary affidavit could not be filed as petitioner is not co-operating. The learned counsel thus very fairly submits that he seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application.

Permission is accorded.
