The petitioners seek bail in Nararikal Khurd P.S. Case no. 06/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioners were apprehended by the police. From the possession of Hiralal Rathaur one loaded country made pistol with one live cartridge were recovered. From the possession of Ramjeet Chaudhary three live cartridges were recovered for that the petitioners are in jail. Petitioners have already been remained in jail for more than seven months.

No.41309 of 2015 (2) dt.10-09-2015 2/2 Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge VI, Aurangabad, in connection with Nararikala Khurd P.S. Case no. 06/2015.
