The earlier anticipatory bail application of the petitioner has been rejected on merit vide Annexure-1 to the present application.

Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present application in connection with Maner P.S. case No.589 of 2016 pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge VIth, Danapur, with liberty to approach before the court below for her regular bail.
