JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 08.04.2015 and allegation is that one country made Katta and five live cartridges were recovered from his possession whereas, one cane bomb was recovered from his outer room.

Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and submission made on behalf of the petitioner is that in ballistic examination, the cartridges were found ineffective. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39799 of 2015 (4) dt.14-12-2015 2/2 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Barachatti Police Station Case No. 122 of 2015, G.R. No. 457 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sherghati, Gaya.
