For the reason of the petitioner not having exhausted his remedy of preferring a revision petition against the original as well as the appellate order, we are not inclined to entertain this petition.

The petition is dismissed, but with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the Revisional Authority. Should he do so within a period of three weeks,
