2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 329(4), 115(2), 117(2), 118(1), 74, 308(4), 361(2)(3), 352, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. It is alleged that this petitioner along with one other F.I.R. named accused and two unknown persons assaulted informant and his family members with fists and slaps, on refusal to pay Rangdari. Petitioner has got three criminal antecedents.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Allegation

5. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal antecedents, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is refused.
