Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The name of petitioner appears to have come in this case in confessional statement of co-accused and except the aforesaid material as well as some criminal antecedent, there is nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, petitioner is in jail custody since 22.06.2016 and the investigation against him has already been completed.
