JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 302, 201 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 (1) (x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes ( Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is to have killed the daughter of the informant.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody since 9.7.2015. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no direct evidence against the petitioner. It is submitted that the alleged occurrence is said to have taken place on 23.4.2015 but the case was instituted on 6.5.2015. On behalf of the State and informant, it is submitted that from perusal of para-32 of the case diary it is evident that this petitioner happens to be a teacher and the deceased was his student. The petitioner is said to have established physical relationship with the deceased and thereafter she was done to

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, same is rejected. (Sudhir Singh, J) sudip/- U T
