JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-08-2019 The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to issue directions to the respondents to make payment of post retiral dues in the form of deductions of Dearness Allowance and the salary deposited in the General Provident Fund account of the petitioner in accordance with "Essential Deposit Plan" along with statutory interest which has not been paid to the petitioner although the same amount was deducted from the salary of the petitioner and the petitioner has also retired from service.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.16126 of 2019(2) dt.14-08-2019 2/2 petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to dispose of the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no.3 for redressal of his aforesaid grievances by filing an appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today and the respondent no.3 shall pass final order within a period of eight weeks thereafter and the admitted dues shall be paid within a further period of six weeks thereof. The present writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
