2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 320 of 2023 arising out of Digha P.S. Case No. 558 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 302/34/326 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and his brother are the assailants of the deceased. They have brutally killed the deceased by a sharp weapon.

4. In view of the serious allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
