JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-12-2016 The earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 06.11.2015 with the direction to the court below to conclude the trial preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order. The court below vide its Letter No. 219 dated 19.11.2016, has sought for a further period of six months for concluding the trial. It is further pointed out that the process including the summons, warrant and non-bailable warrant have already been issued against the prosecution witnesses but till date no witness has been produced by the prosecution. The court below is granted a further period of six months to conclude the trial from the date of receipt/production of copy of the order.

The District Magistrate, Begusarai and the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.42588 of 2015 (4) dt.14-12-2016 2/2 Superintendent of Police, Begusarai, are also directed to ensure that the prosecution witnesses are produced on the date fixed by the court below so that the trial can be concluded within the stipulated period.

Let a copy of this order alongwith the copy of the order dated 06.11.2015 be sent to the District Magistrate, Begusarai and the Superintendent of Police, Begusarai.
