2. The petitioner is in custody since 16.03.2016 in connection with Sessions Trial No. 202 of 2016 arising out of Madhepur P.S. Case No. 21 of 2016 (G.R. No. 406/2016) for the offences alleged under Sections 363 and 366 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as it was a case of love affairs. The petitioner claims clean antecedents.
4. Considering that in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr. P.C., the informant's daughter has specifically named the petitioner as having shown a knife and taken her away
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41579 of 2016 (2) dt.18-10-2016 on a bicycle and kept her locked in a house, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
