The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with C.A. Case No. 1988 of 2013, registered under Sections 498A and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties have entered into compromise and they are living together peacefully.

Learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 does not dispute this submission.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Katihar, in
