Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The F.I.R. of the occurrence of robbery was lodged against unknown. Name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused. The confession made in connection with some other case. The petitioner is in custody since 03.07.2016.

Submission is that the petitioner was not put on TIP up-till-now nor anything has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44334 of 2016 (3) dt.14-12-2016 2/2 Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh, Patna/Successor Court in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 185 of 2016.
