2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 94 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 498A of the I.P.C.
3. As per the prosecution story, complainant has alleged that her marriage was solemnized with the petitioner. Her husband is working in Kolkata and he has extra marital affair with another lady namely, Tapasi. It is further alleged that her husband always tortured her as well as her two daughters for demand of additional dowry.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, he is quite innocent and has

Learned counsel further submitted that the complainant is second wife of the petitioner and he performed second marriage with complainant after disclosing about the first registered marriage with his first wife namely Tapashi Singh. Lastly he submits that petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full honor and dignity in his house, whereas her wife/complainant is not ready to live with him.
5. Learned APP opposes the prayer for bail.
6. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and considering the submissions made on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to extend him the privilege of anticipatory bail.
7. Let the petitioner be released on bail in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the receipt of this order, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-16th, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Complaint Case No. 94 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
