JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 392, 395 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with others robbed off Rs. 95,000/-, a mobile phone and a motorcycle from the informant and his uncle while they were going towards Pakra Maweshi Hat.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody since 19.5.2015. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. No allegation is there of tampering of evidence against the petitioner. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. No T.I.P. has been conducted. Other co-accused have been granted bail by the court below.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond
