On getting confidential information, a raid was conducted at the house of Shishupal Mistri and during course thereof, he was found engaged in manufacturing of pistol. Furthermore, on search the apparatus and the parts as indicated were seized. Furthermore, on query, Shishupal disclosed that manufacturing process was being conducted by him as well as by Bundela Bishwakarma @ Mistri (petitioner).

Though the petitioner is an accused relating to Arms Act of the year 2006, however, considering the nature of the allegation inconsonance with the period of custody since 24.08.2016, petitioner, Bundela Bishwakarma @ Mistri is directed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49713 of 2016 (3) dt.10-02-2017 to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in connection with Chiksaura PS Case No. 88/2016.
