20-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner seeks bail in Rohtas P.S. Case No. 73 of 2018 registered for the offence under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is that the son-in-law of the informant Vikash Choudhary (petitioner) informed the informant on mobile regarding receiving burn injury to his daughter (wife of petitioner) and when informant rushed to the hospital to ascertain the fact, he came to know that in-laws members, including the husband (petitioner), have poured kerosene oil on her and set her on fire, who in course of treatment died.

Considering the specific allegation against the petitioner, who happens to be husband of the deceased, I am not
