JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 05-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365, 302, 201, 379 and 411/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The F.I.R. of the occurrence of kidnapping and murder is against unknown. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Ranjeet Paswan and Leela Devi before the police. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of
