This application has been filed by the petitioner under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 400 of 2017 registered inter alia under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 27.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22280 of 2018.

There is nothing on record to suggest any changed circumstance in the case.

In that view of the matter, I see no reason to take a different view of the matter. The application for grant of
