The petitioner seeks bail in a case under 399/402 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 25(1-B) A, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

The police apprehended the petitioner and other accused persons. From the possession of petitioner one live cartridge of .315 bore and three mobiles are said to have been recovered and for that he is in jail since 27.04.2015. The petitioner has already remained in jail for more than four months. Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in Muffasil P.S.
