JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 17-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State as well as Mr. Dinu Kumar, counsel for the informant.

The petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 29719 (C ) of 2014 for offences under Sections 420, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is only witness in the sale deed which was executed by his father who is now in jail in connection with the present case. He submits that the petitioner has signed the document showing non-encumbrance.

P. C.
