This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 08.05.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30585 of 2019, whereby the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail and was directed to surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from the date of the order. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, while praying for extension of time to surrender, submits that the petitioner could not surrender before the learned Court below within the stipulated time granted by this Court because of some communication gap with the pairwikar, the said order could not be communicated to him in time.

Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54160 of 2019(2) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 the parties, the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Court below for furnishing bail bond by order dated 08.05.2019, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30585 of 2019, is hereby extended by three weeks from today.

This application is allowed with the modification as above.
