Petitioner, who happens to be an accused relating to Guraru P. S. Case No.06 of 2016, was apprehended and further, on search, it has been alleged that two live cartridges along with mobile set were seized from his physical custody. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 01.02.2016. Accordingly, petitioner, Ram Chandra Yadav is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Guraru P. S. Case no.07 of 2016.
