Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has applied for appointment of Panchayat Teacher, 2012 in third phase. In terms of the notification preference was to be given to the trained teachers. In absence of trained teachers, untrained teacher was to be taken into consideration for appointment as Panchayat Teacher. Though up to the last date of filing of the application the petitioner had not obtained training certificate but he has appeared in the final examination of training and awaiting its result. Altogether two years was taken for completion of selection process and

Patna High Court CWJC No.3022 of 2013 (3) dt.12-01-2016 by that time he has obtained training certificate and as such his case should be considered for appointment. From the fact emerges admittedly the petitioner up to the last date of filing of application was not holding any training certificate. Any certificate obtained by the petitioner subsequently will not give any preferential right to be considered for appointment in the category of trained teacher. This Court does not find any merit in this writ petition. Accordingly this writ petition is dismissed.
