The son of the informant was being kidnapped but, on alarm, the accused persons started fleeing away. One Dhuman Ram was apprehended and he disclosed the name of the petitioner. The victim boy also disclosed the name of the petitioner as one of his kidnappers. It is submitted that Paras Mahto, a co-villager of the informant, is on inimical terms with the petitioner and, that is why, the petitioner has been implicated in this case. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.40009 of 2015 (2) dt.08-09-2015 2/2 also disclosed the name of the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 48 of 2015. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
