The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Bahera P.S. Case No. 157 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and she has clean antecedent, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1st,
