2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 343 of 2023, registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a)/41 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution, 60 litres of country made liquor has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has clean antecedent and he is in judicial custody since 19.05.2023.

4. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Considering the aforesaid fact, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56999 of 2023(2) dt.30-08-2023 2/2 bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court of Special Excise Judge, Danapur, Patna in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 343 of 2023, Special Excise Case No. 1362/2023.
