JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 13-07-2016 The learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur has requested for extension of period of trial. Shri Abhimanyu Sharma, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the accused has already been convicted and preferred Cr. App (DB) No. 267 of 2016 in which conviction of the appellant was converted into under Section 304(1) of the Indian Penal Code from under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code and the appellant was ordered to be released considering the period of incarceration.

There is no need of extension of time.
