====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 21-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence punishable under Sections 30 (a), 37 (a) (b) (c) of Bihar Excise Amendment Act and Section 3⁄4 of Bengal Gambling Act. It is contended that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. However, recovery were made from the godown behind the house of the petitioner where eight FIR named accused persons were sitting and playing cards and they were also kept some bottles of foreign liquor. It is urged that the petitioner is in custody since 6.08.2017. It is claimed that his antecedent is clean.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand)

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43529 of 2017(2) dt.21-09-2017 2/2 with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Jehanabad in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 698/2017 arising out of Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 346 of 2017 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found involved in similar nature of cases then the concerned court would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
