Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kothi P. S. case no. 32/2018 registered under sections 304B, 498A, 201 and 120B of the IPC.

Petitioner no.1 happens to be elder brother of husband of the deceased whereas petitioner no.2 is wife of petitioner no.1.

No.60275 of 2018 (3) dt.06-10-2018 The first information report reflects that marriage of the informant's daughter had taken place on 26.5.2011 and the deceased died in the year 2018. Moreover, no specific overt-act has been attributed against the petitioners. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, in the event of arrest/ surrender within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order to the concerned court, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in Kothi P. S. case no. 32/2018 subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. shahid (Hemant Kumar Srivastava,J) U T
