The petitioner seeks bail in Sonepur P.S. (Paheleja OP) Case No. 249 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 323 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to be the order giver and thereafter, he caused sickle blow on the informant, as a result of which he sustained two cut injuries which has been found to be grievous in nature by the doctor. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is case and counter case. Both sides sustained injury and are pattidar. Petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2021 having clean antecedent. Investigation is complete.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 249 of 2021.
