Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No C-2/ 684 of 2017, registered under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. The allegation in brief is that 12 liters of Nepali illicit liquor was recovered from the house of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the alleged recovery of liquor was not from the possession of the petitioner and the petitioner is in custody since 01.12.2017.
