JUSTICE SUDHIR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-08-2017 In the present writ application, the petitioner has sought for quashing of the Letter No.14 dated 25.06.2012 issued by the Secretary as well as Mukhiya of Gram Panchayat Raj Chitoriya, Mansahi, District Katihar, whereby the petitioner has been terminated from her service without giving any opportunity of hearing to her.

The petitioner is directed to file an appropriate application for redressal of her grievance before the District Appellate Authority, Katihar within a period of thirty days from

Patna High Court CWJC No.3887 of 2013 (3) dt.30-08-2017 2/2 the date of the order and the same shall be disposed of within the statutory period.
