The learned Additional District & Sessions Judge has sought further four months time for disposal of Sessions Trial No. 691 of 2015 on the ground that out of thirteen charge sheeted witnesses seven witnesses have been examined and now the doctor, I.O. and the informant are yet to be examined. Under the circumstances, further two months time is granted to the learned trial Judge to conclude Sessions Trial No.691 of 2015.
