The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bairgania P.S. Case No. 187/2017 dated 23.07.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 272, 273, 290 and 294 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 30(A), 37(C) and 41 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
24 litres Nepali liquor has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 24.07.2017 and he does not bear any criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions
