The petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in Rajepur P.S. Case No.120 of 2016, G.R. Case No. 4633 of 2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 326, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that on 09.09.2016 at 7:00 PM the petitioner and his associates had gone to the betel shop of the informant and demanded Rs. 5,000/- and when he refused to obliged them, they have assaulted the informant and gave a Dab blow and resorted money from him.

In such view of the matter, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly the prayer for bail is rejected.
