The present writ application has been filed after 26 years of the acquisition of land as having been claimed that this land was acquired but, no payment has been made.
The counter affidavit suggests that the payment has been made to all the persons whose land has been acquired under acquisition and there is no record to show that the land of the petitioners has been acquired.
In that view of the matter, let the petitioners should approach to the Collector, Begusarai, giving details of their land
Patna High Court CWJC No.18193 of 2014 dt.14-09-2017 acquired. If such an application is filed by the petitioner, the Collector, Begusarai, will examine the same and take decision in accordance with law.
With the aforementioned observation, this application is disposed of.
