The name of the petitioner came in this case on the confessional statement of co-accused and except the aforesaid material as well as some criminal antecedent of the petitioner there appears to be nothing against him. Moreover, the First Information Report named accused has already been granted privilege of bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court.
