The petitioner is in custody since 13.06.2017 in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 216 of 2017 for the offence registered under Sections 399, 402/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b) (a) /26 of the Arms Act. Considering the fact that the pistol was recovered from the railway track and not from the conscious possession of the petitioner and that the petitioner is in jail since 13.06.2017, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., I, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur
