The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

The petitioner was wanted in other cases registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner was apprehended along with co-accused Raj Kumar Yadav and from the possession of the petitioner, a loaded country-made pistol, live cartridges were recovered. It is submitted that co-accused Raj Kumar Yadav has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9002/2015. The petitioner is already on bail in other cases although there are 14 criminal cases pending against him. The petitioner is in jail since 15.12.2014.
