JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-07-2018 At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the instant application preferred under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure challenging the order dated 30.03.2016 passed by learned Subdivisional Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda in Ekangar Sarai P. S. Case No. 140 of 2003, the trial of the criminal case has already been concluded and judgment has been delivered. In view of the submissions made above, the application is dismissed as infructuous.
