The petitioner seeks bail in Atari P.S. Case no. 76/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 395, 397, 328 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Name of the petitioner for the first time surfaced during course of investigation from the mouth of informer of the police, but the police did not collect any further evidence. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Anand Kumar Singh, Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Atari P.S. Case no. 76/2014.
