Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.
The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 342, 324, 307, 353, 188, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 51 of the Disaster Management Act.

No.66238 of 2021(2) dt.29-04-2022 2/3 The prosecution case as per F.I.R is that when the informant being Home Guard told the people gathered to purchase vegetables and fruits to follow the instructions made for control of COVID-19 pandemic, all the accused persons started abusing and pelting stones at the police officials by forming unlawful assembly. They also made an attempt to snatch the arms of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R nor any witness has made any allegation against the petitioner. The name of the petitioner sprang up only on the basis of suspicion. The petitioner is a student studying in B.A. Part-I and he has fair antecedent. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands)
