It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that it is simple case of misuse of privilege of bail for only one day. It is further pointed out on behalf of the petitioners that a petition under section 227 of the Cr.P.C had been filed on behalf of the petitioners in the year 2009 but the aforesaid petition was recently disposed of by the trial court and moreover, petitioners failed to appear in person before trial court only for one day. However, on the aforesaid date, petitioners had been represented through their learned counsel. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/-each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Sessions Judge IX,
